Returns Eligibility

Damage During Shipping

   - Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items, except in cases where the error is ours (misshipped or defective items).

   - If approved, we will:

      - Provide a replacement for defective or incorrect products.

      - Issue a full refund to the original payment method, if a replacement is unavailable.
